Our vision is simple: create the kind of place we’d be proud to bring our own families. Everything possible will be made from scratch using fresh, locally sourced ingredients whenever possible. Our bacon will be cured and smoked in-house. Our sausage will be handcrafted from our own recipes. Our gravies, sauces, dressings, and jams will all be made fresh in our kitchen—because we believe exceptional food starts with exceptional ingredients.
For years, I’ve had the privilege of serving breakfast to tens of thousands of people throughout the Valley. Along the way, I learned that great food isn’t about shortcuts or trends—it’s about craftsmanship, consistency, and genuinely caring about every plate that leaves the kitchen. Many of you may recognize me from one of North Phoenix’s most well-known breakfast restaurants, where I spent years building a reputation for quality, creativity, and hospitality. Three Little Pigs is the next chapter—one built by Shay and I from the ground up, inspired by our family, our love of great food, and our belief that a neighborhood restaurant should feel like home.
Whether you’re grabbing a quick breakfast before work, lingering over brunch with friends, or bringing the whole family in for lunch, our goal is simple: serve honest food, made the right way, in a place where everyone feels welcome.
